April 1, 2004 Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his stepmother Theresa Earnhardt formed a Busch Series team for the 2003 season, with Jr. doing most of the driving. The team and car provided a perfect platform to promote the Dale Earnhardt Tribute Concert, held at Daytona during the summer of 2003. At the spring 2003 Busch race at Talladega, Jr.'s car had a paint scheme promoting the concert. This Revell kit replicates that car.
