Dune buggies were everywhere during the late 1960s and early 1970s, and it was the Manx – a “kit car” consisting of a fiberglass body riding on a shortened Volkswagen chassis – that helped to launch the craze.

Round 2 Models has brought back the AMT Meyers Manx kit, which debuted in 1967 and was only reissued once previously.
