Get better grip on a hobby knife

Tip: Those who attended GSL in Salt Lake City this past April know I was clumsy enough to fracture my right hand in two places just prior to the event. The cast is off, but I’m faced with trying to regain the full use of my hand.  

To say the least, holding a hobby knife is difficult; and yes, I have dropped it a few times, so I needed to find a way to get a better grip on the knife handle.
