Beauty shop bonus

We're lumping these together because all of these related materials can be found during one quick trip to the beauty shop.

A) False Acrylic Fingernails
The different curves in a variety of false fingernails make them perfect for hood scoops, head flares, modified dashboard gauge clusters, and any number of other uses. They're sometimes sold in assorted packs that provide many different styles.

B) Foam Brushes
These little foam pads on the ends of small plastic handles are usually used to apply eye shadow. We can use them to apply pastel chalk or other weathering powders.

C) Eye Shadow and Mascara
The right colors are great for weathering.

D) Emory Boards and Nail Buffers
Soft, rectangular foam nail-buffing pads are flexible enough to sand irregular or curved surfaces. They come in different grades, just like sandpaper. Thin, flexible foam pads and stiff emery boards are great for sanding, too.

E) Nail Decals
These popular nail decorations are small enough to serve as custom graphics. Tons of styles, colors, and sizes are available.

F) Nail Stencils
More nail decorations, only this time the design is sprayed on with an airbrush (recommended) or spray can (tricky for such small stencils).

G) Nail Polish
Many articles have been written about painting with nail polish. Give it a try!

And finally:

H) Bandages
The boys in the Tips & Tech Workshop would be lost without these - especially when they're working with hobby knives.
