Black details on windows

Tip: I’ve noticed that some people use a Sharpie to put black detail on windows. Before you do, I suggest doing a “light-fastness check” to see how the marker will hold up over time.

Get a scrap piece of scrap plastic, and write on it with a Sharpie. Then, for a comparison, paint another section with black acrylic paint such as Tamiya’s, and some other type of black enamel.

Let the plastic piece sit in the sun for a few days for an extreme test, to see if the Sharpie fades. If it does, use something else on your windows.

If you don’t, how will you redo the black lines on your windows after they are glued into the kit?
