Filling pinholes in resin bodies

RELATED TOPICS: RESIN
Tip: I have an alternate method for filling pinholes in resin bodies that works very well for me.

I use an appropriately-sized piece of styrene rod (hole can be drilled larger if needed for exact size) superglued into the hole. This is especially useful if the hole is on the tip of a fin or on the corner of a wheel well, where you can cut and shape the rod to complete the missing resin.

There is also no chance of introducing another air bubble when you’re trying to fill with putty or thick super glue.
